As President and CEO since May 2015, Tony directs the management team of ShockWatch. Tony brings over 17 years of international experience in developing and executing innovative product, service and channel strategies. Most recently, he ran a $100M business for Stock Building Supply Holdings, Inc. (STCK), a $1.3 billion North American supplier of construction materials and services, as the company transitioned from a private equity ownership structure to being publicly traded on NASDAQ. Prior to Stock Building Supply, Tony worked for Ingersoll Rand (IR) running and re-aligning their residential Trane and American Standard air conditioner portfolio. In addition, Tony has held several international business management and marketing leadership roles for Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway Company (BRK).
Tony has attended executive education programs at Harvard Business School and holds a B.S. degree in advertising from the University of Kansas. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt.
Robert served as Interim CFO for several months prior to joining the SpotSee team
Robert received a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Harding University.
Tyson Stuelpe joined the SpotSee team in September 2015 as the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. He has held management and marketing positions of increasing responsibility with Ingersoll Rand, Newell Rubbermaid, Nestlé, and Black & Decker. Tyson brings significant experience in global product & channel management, acquisition integration, and supply chain management. He began his career as a strategic and operations consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Ernst & Young.
Tyson received a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas.
Angela was appointed Vice President, Indicators and Cold Chain Solutions in September 2015. In this role, she will focus on building our existing cold chain business and developing the next generation of cloud-based temperature products that help our customers cost effectively track their products around the globe. Angela previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. Prior to that, she was the director of product management, responsible for developing roadmap strategies and coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to launch new products. Angela also spent three years as our product manager and one year as our marketing manager.
Angela has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Texas Tech University.
As Vice President of Engineering and Innovation since January 2018, Jan directs the engineering team at SpotSee. He brings over 20 years of experience in firmware, microcontrollers, analog, TCP/IP, RF/RFID and security. Jan has managed the development of electronic solutions for tier-1 OEMs at Microchip Technology, Maxim Integrated Products, Intelleflex Corporation and RF Ops.
Jan holds a BSEE and MSEE from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, as well as an MBA from Arizona State University.
Jill joined SpotSee in January of 2017 as the Marketing Director and is responsible for planning, development and implementation of the global marketing strategy, public relations, and branding. Before joining SpotSee, Jill was the digital marketing program manager for Texas Instruments. While there, she developed worldwide digital marketing strategies including defining objectives, channel activation and success metrics, while overseeing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Previously, Malone held multiple marketing leadership positions at MoneyGram International, Splash Media and Advanced TMS Clinics of Texas. She also launched Malone Marketing Strategies, which catered to individuals and small businesses to provide cost effective and innovative traditional and digital marketing services while establishing and maintaining brand standards.
Peter joined ShockWatch in November 2012 as the first international team member. He brought in a unique skill set of experience in monitoring, measuring, and registering variables of perishable and fragile goods, and in the processes behind this. Prior to joining ShockWatch Peter has had a long history by selling his first ShockWatch product in 1991 already and growing the business ever since. He is responsible for increasing sales and support to current and future customers in the EMEA, CIS and India regions.
Peter studied Law & Business Administration at the University of Groningen in The Netherlands.
Mel joined the ShockWatch team in Feb 2016 as General Manager- APAC. He has responsibility for sales and business developing in Asia and Pacific. Mel has 18 years of sales experience including 10 years as sales leader in different US companies. Before joining Shockwatch, Mel spent 5 years at Newell Rubbermaid as National Sales Manager of China & HK. Prior to that, he worked in Black&Decker as China Sales manager to run US$ 15 Million business for another 5 years. Before that, Mel was the Key Account Manager in Fortune Brands for 6 years and start his career as Regional Sales Rep in Panasonic.
Mel received a bachelor’s degree in Heating Ventilation and Air condition from TongJi University
Roberto joined SpotSee in October 2017 tasked with leading growth and expansion of the company in his role as General Manager for Central and South America. During his career, he has held the positions of General Manager, Sales Director, Business Manager, Strategic Accounts Manager and International Sales Manager. In those positions, he led all general management functions including sales, marketing, planning, P&L responsibility, operations and services for different industries, geographic locations and product lines in companies like Asco Numatics, Emerson Automation Solutions and Smar.
Roberto has extensive experience within the process control, instrumentation, pneumatic components and technology sectors. He graduated from Universidade Paulista with a bachelor’s degree in international business.
